Shipping and Returns

Shipping: Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days.  FOR FAST DELIVERIES please let us know when you need your order in the comment area or email us asap You can also call us during business hours (Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time).  


1) "What if I receive a damaged product"? 

Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your item. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label and you receive a full refund or exchange of your item. 

2) "What if I changed my mind and no longer want the item after placing my order or receiving my order"?

That's ok! It happens. Please return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it and we will fully refund you (minus the original shipping cost). 

 3) "Why has my order been cancelled?"

Sometimes our items sell out very quickly due to such high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. We promise that these cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item. In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be cancelled. In this case, you will need to try replacing your order using an alternate payment method.

*** Shipping for International and larger orders will be quoted via phone or email (your approval must be received prior to shipping)

Guarantee: If you receive the wrong product or damaged merchandise, please return the product within 7 days with the original receipt and packaging and we will gladly replace it or refund your money.  Shipping charges are non- refundable.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% may be applied to any item that you are returning to
