Shipping: Most orders are processed within 48 hours. FOR FAST DELIVERIES please let us know when you need your order in the comment area and we guarantee not to charge more than our cost to get it to you on time.  Email sales@1-800flags.com (Monday thru Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time) if you would like to ask for a rushed delivery or if there is an additional costed for expedited packages.

Guarantee: If you receive the wrong product or damaged merchandise, please return the product within 7 days with the original receipt and packaging and we will gladly replace it or refund your money. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to any nylon item that you are returning to www.1-800flags.com.
